My name is Kasia,
It took me on average 2-4 YEARS to try and do what I wanted to do. Not because I couldn’t, but because I made myself believe I wasn’t smart/good/deserving enough.
I worked at 4am 4-5 times a week, off for weekends every 6 weeks, to return home and be too exhausted to do anything..while being a fresh mum.
I did that for 12 years ..and about 5 too many.
I completed and payed my membership to Zumba for 2 years before I was brave enough to at least give it a go.
It took me 4 years to try a jiujitsu class. The list why would make you laugh out loud!
I know there are things we cannot influence in life but I also know, there is plenty things we can!
I held myself back for sooooo long and with so much!!
‘God if I only knew then what I know now’ we often say to ourselves..but we do know now.
I wrote my workbook, and with shaking hands I pressed those buttons: print, send.
Was I afraid of people’s opinion? Was I afraid it won’t be good? Was I afraid I wasted time and money?
There is not a single situation in our lives where we are not exposed to such risk.
No more waiting.
All I’m doing is giving myself permission to try.
I took courses and just tried to move closer to where I want to be and what I want to do, one exam after another... one step at the time. At least try..
That’s all I offer... give yourself that much!

Curiosity made me book the course. I wasn’t 100% sure what the course will involve but I felt drawn to it and I am so glad that I did. It truly was a life changing experience.My biggest a-ha moment was actually during the very first class. I realized that a lot of my thoughts/perspectives weren’t actually my own. And as the classes went on, everything started to connect back to this discovery. It was wonderful to dive deeper within and get a fuller picture at the end. The course supported me most with my self-esteem and beliefs about myself.I genuinely feel like the classes couldn’t have been done any better. I really enjoyed the movements towards the end of the class and also the micro exercises were excellent. I enjoyed everything, from the structure of the classes to chatting with the other amazing women taking part.
